At Evergreen Montessori Academy we want to ensure that the application process is clear, supportive, and as seamless as possible for your family. Here’s what you can expect when applying to our school.

Explore Our School
It’s never too early to begin the application process. Start by familiarizing yourself with our mission and the unique way we implement it. We believe in nurturing each child’s natural curiosity and fostering independence through a carefully prepared environment.

Schedule A Tour
We invite you to visit our school and take a personalized tour. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to observe our classrooms, meet our dedicated teachers, and see our educational materials in use. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have about our programs, teaching methods, and what makes our school unique. We’re here to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Submit An Application
Once you feel that Evergreen Montessori Academy is the right fit for your child, we invite you to submit an application. At the conclusion of your tour, our Director will provide you an application to complete. You can also download a copy prior to your visit below.

Secure Your Child’s Enrollment
When your child is accepted to our school, we will send a DocuSign package as well as a one-time deposit request. In order to keep your child’s space enrollment documents and deposit must be received within two weeks of first notification. Your deposit will be applied to your first month’s tuition.

On the first day, we’ll be here to welcome you and your child. We understand that this is a big step, and we’re committed to making the transition as smooth and positive as possible. We encourage open communication and are always here to support your family’s journey with us.
